We want you to be absolutely happy with your order so please contact us if there is any problem with the goods you have received.
We accept returns for items that are faulty or damaged in transit, and will arrange for a replacement, exchange, repair, credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Please first email us within 7 days that you receive your order and describe the fault/damage. You might find it helpful to also send us a photo.
We are unable to accept returns if you have changed your mind. This complies with New Zealand law.
Special orders and fabric cut from the bolt are non-returnable unless faulty or we have made an error.
We are also unable to accept return requests for gift vouchers.
If you are purchasing fabric for a project where the quantity is crucial, please double check the measurements for what you need against the fabric width and pattern orientation.
Similarly, if a fabric colour is crucial for your project, please contact us before you make a purchase. We will send you a fabric sample so you can make your decision with confidence.

Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging, be unwashed and have all tags and labels attached.
Goods being returned are your responsibility until we receive it, so we recommend you use a tracked service.
If we agree that a refund if the most appropriate option, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and credit your account.
