Fabulously retro tea towel cloth showing flowers indigenous to New Zealand in various shades of red against an inky navy background. The 100% cotton fabric makes this a completely functional object, but it's also beautiful enough to be used as wall art, a bistro table-sized tablecloth to brighten up your morning coffee, or as sustainable giftwrap.
Puru means 'blue' in the Māori language.
Designed by freelance artist Tanya Wolfkamp, who lives on Waiheke Island, where she produces artworks of indigenous floral and fauna in a diverse range of styles. She loves to read and nuture her fantastic garden full of interesting plants and colourful flowers. She's hugely talented and is knowledgeable about heritage paint finishes to boot. We are big fans.
