Beautifully tactile and crafted with cane wound around a handle of handforged blackened steel, it complements other black hardware and fittings, and looks particularly fetching on similar, honey-coloured timbers.

The hardware range from The Society Inc has been designed with a consideration for honest and humble materials and their qualities. Its handcrafted nature means that patina and exact placement of screw holes may vary from item to item - measure and fit each screw individually for the best result. Drill a hole and then finish installing each screw by hand.

Care instructions: the canework will darken and patina over time. Excessive or prolonged exposure to water is not recommended.  Do not leave wet clothing or towels touching the canework for prolonged periods. A little Penetrol (penetrating primer oil) over the metal will help to prevent rust.
